The Graham’s

A few weeks ago I got a random phone call from a friend I met doing a DNOW in Princeton, WV.  I stayed at his house with his three lovely girls, Taylor, Syndney, and Pegathus (Peggy).  The girls were little and so cute.  His daughters were the age of my boys now when I first stayed at their home.  For 3 years I went up to Princeton and requested to stay in his home.  It was such an awesome location.  Right on the side of the mountain with a breathtaking sunset.  That was about 10 years ago.  Now his girls are all grown up and are going to be heart breakers.  Very athletic and with model like height!  One thing that always sticks in my mind and something I practice to this day was when he asked me to join his family for nightly prayers.  We all climbed on a bed to lounge and the girls said such beautiful prayers along with mom and dad.  It was really cool, and they were the inspiration for my family doing the same.

At any rate, he calls and says he is right outside of Barnwell.  No one ever just rides through Barnwell.  In reality he was about an hour away from Barnwell going to vacation.  His family took a side track of about 4 hours to come to Barnwell and see my family and eat with us.  We had a good time of laughing and hanging out.

Fellowship in the Spirit is a beautiful thing.  We have a common bond in Christ that seems to allow us to pick up where we left off in conversations even if we only see one another every year or so.  Anyhoo, cool family.  Kevin is an idiot.  I mean that in a nice way.  Not sure how he produced such beautiful girls.  I guess Peggy had to pull all the weight in that.
